      Stifling culture that demands a lot of overtime from early/mid-career editors for little pay, very bad staff that are good at their jobs but bad coworkers and/or managers, no HR department to discuss personnel issues with

      Pros

      Long time employee. The owner is very active in the business now and is open minded and very hands on. Lets people do their job. They just want you to get the job done and work hard. After all it is a JOB! Lots of perks and beauty products. If you have ideas the management and owner listen.

      Cons

      Some of the employees are very negative and never have anything nice to say to anyone one. They bring the energy of the company down.
