      consultants are W2 and get benefits. great culture and people to work with. have a blue chip client list so lots of great opportunities for consultants

      Cons

      can have downtime in between assignments (you don't get paid during this time)

      Pros

      I had high quality work assignments with great companies.

      Cons

      Poor communication with onboarding. Their policies make it impossible to get full-time employment out of a contract job. They hire people that are not well trained to provide information to contractors. I experienced a high volume of turnover with their employees resulting in confusion and frustration
