      Pros

      I have really enjoyed my time at CMG so far. As a manager, I experience a lot of trust and support from the Executive team on initiatives that I want to pursue for myself and my team. The company is growing and evolving all the time, and this being the case it is a great opportunity to grow alongside the organization no matter what level you are coming in at.

      Cons

      It's a startup, so things move fast and people wear a lot of hats. This is par for the course for tech startups, but you should expect this coming in.

      Cool coworkers, company is growing rapidly (that’s good and bad)

      Cons

      The company seems great, until you realize there is a very long and rapidly growing list of people who have been screwed over by the CEO. He routinely lies, breaks promises, and engages in unethical business practices. Megalomaniac who gets enjoyment out of bragging about how little he pays his workers. The company is growing fast but it is a house of cards. If you want to work for an Elon/Trump worshipping pathological liar who doesn’t care about artists or employees, this is a great place for you. If you value yourself or have morals, stay far away.
