Work at at fast pace industry involving both production & distribution items in a retail environment.

Higher management wants everything done their way only.

Friendly, beautiful work environment. Company provides food tickets twice a year. There is a welcome package as well as private health insurance. Majority of the employees are very cooperative.

The company is basically under the CEO's secretary leadership. There is no room for career or salary development. Salaries below market average. The HR is working on implementing company's directives while ignoring employes. Employes and managers are joining and leaving the company very often which creates a mess. Have witnessed unpleasant layoffs with anethical behaviours to/by managers and employees being part of the company for years. Unpaid overtime. For all the above reasons people stay for a year and leave.
