Remote work is great, with whatever free time you have you make your own schedule which is nice.

If you are going into this company with no experience in the system I highly recommend you don't. Doesn't matter what was promised you will not have the resource and the training for you to succeed. It is a brutal role and the only way you can somewhat learn is by making mistakes. Everyone has a highly busy schedule and they will try to make time to train you or answer you question but don't count on it. Lots of promises are made very few will be followed.
