      Good Infrastructure, someone trying to get in the animation sector, can join. It can be good start on the current scenario of the industry

      Cons

      No proper Management. Seniors don't work, they just spend time watching youtube. Give all the task to freshers and even don't check the work and blame if any mistakes come in the work

      No extra benefits. 10h work culture 30 minute lunch brack with bo respect. They treat employees like a robot. No work life balance. No salary hike. Mental harassment. Unrealistic target.
