      Pros

      Probably the free Spanish classes but I already speak 2 other languages plus Spanish.

      Cons

      Unprofessional and very slow. They take forever to get back to you. One of the coordinators actually slept in and didn't show up for my evaluation.

      Pros

      Lots of room for growth, especially if you're joining as a teacher. A lot of effort is put into continued development. Constant feedback on performance. Great community of educators. A good amount of social events for a remote work environment.

      Pay--granted, it's fair if you live outside of the US.
