Leadership is entirely incompetent, lacks vision, and hides behind a facade of theatrics and self-importance. No roadmap, no structure—just chaos wrapped in arrogance. Accountability is absent, but blame-shifting is routine. Rampant gender bias. Women are systematically sidelined, denied opportunities, and excluded from leadership conversations. Merit holds no value here. Favoritism runs the show. If you don’t flatter the right people, your work will be ignored—regardless of its quality. Communication is poor, planning is nonexistent, and employees are constantly thrown into fire drills caused by leadership’s indecisiveness. Toxic culture that chips away at morale, confidence, and mental health. This company does not build careers—it breaks them.
