Pros

It's owned by husband and wife team Shrikant and Vrushali Nistane. They are incredible people full of positivity. They operate in a high growth place with regards to SAP technology focused on BTP. Huge amount of technical support. Positive alignment with SAP. I learned a lot working with Shrikant and will take the learnings with me into the future. Strong marketing and inside sales team. Crave has everything a large corporation has with regards to resources, but it's a small company so offers the potential for anyone to make a big difference. I was given a VERY nice Lenovo laptop when I started with lots of memory. Ashwin and Manish are the technical leaders and incredible to work with. They offer health insurance reimbursement which was very nice for me since I was able to get a plan that suited my needs from my local marketplace.

Cons

Crave is a fast moving company trying cutting edge technology and philosophy perspectives of how to serve customers. You need to be eager to learn and change in this role.

Pros

Hard to think of any. If you expect fair pay, ethical behavior, or a supportive work environment, this is not the place for you. The culture is all about optics, not substance.

Cons

Compensation and variable pay are unreliable. HR is ineffective and powerless. Arbitrary and unfair policies from top leadership. Poor work-life balance and disregard for employee wellbeing. Lack of ethics and company values.
