      Had great co-workers but all moved to better company.

      Cons

      Management is garbage! If you’re late and do a bad job please apply. You will move up. If your a hardworking keep scrolling worst company I have ever worked for. Lots of lies & promises.

      Pros

      Great work/life balance. All OT is optional. Safety first culture. Appreciates employee families. Guarantees 40hr work week. Has their own training center located out of Florida with training sites across the country. Provides new trucks for employees. Has a technician offsite event annually. A Management team that is goal oriented with focus on all members of the team. Very stable company to work for.

      There are no issues that I have seen with this organization.
