The work environment was notably unprofessional and discouraging. There was a constant undercurrent of drama, gossip, and rumors that made it feel like high school. Professional growth seemed to be nonexistent, with departments working in complete isolation from one another. Craftable has not prioritized Customer Success, and this is not a company I would recommend for any CSM seeking career advancement. The team largely consists of individuals with backgrounds in the hospitality industry, which provides some great insight into the customers ecosystem but lacks depth in SaaS, tech, and Customer Success frameworks.

Unfortunately, everyone I spoke to seemed at least somewhat dissatisfied with working there. Team meetings were often filled with complaints, and Slack messages were full of harsh criticism directed at other team members and departments.
