Thank you for your feedback and contributions to Craft. I appreciate that you see value in our product and benefits. I’m also saddened to learn of your stressful and difficult experience at the company.
In terms of managerial skills, we are a startup with gaps to address, and we are working hard on that. We have just hired a new Head of People Operations that will be laser focused on manager training, performance management processes, and creating a strong culture of belonging and psychological safety. We have always strived to hold managers accountable and as you mention, our deep desire is to educate the company on the importance of diversity, inclusion and addressing injustice. That said, consistent with our value of “Humility,” we (myself included) are constantly learning and improving (from both successes and setbacks). Thank you again for your feedback.
