Pros
Experienced team, low ego, great work life balance. Management and parent company understand that the employees are people and need to be treated as such. Executive team is very thoughtful and accessible. They value the opinions of the most junior and most senior people alike.
Cons
Resources can be a little tough to come by, and it can be a bit tough to compete with competitors backed by major corporations. But, the effect is minor. The product has a lot of potential.
