      Pros

      This is a team of passionate, driven professionals who emulate their mission. On a daily basis, I am reminded of why we show up every day and, for me, that's what matters. The CozyKin team is incredibly supportive of one another, helping the team grow and reach their full potential. I feel like my voice and opinions are hears and taken into consideration, which is a perk to being part of a small and close-knit team.

      Cons

      The only downside is that, being a small team as opposed to a larger company, the employee benefits leave some things to be desired. While health care is provided, it's not as cushy as a larger corporation would be able to provide. I suppose it's a small price to pay for showing up every day and feeling valued!

      Pros

      I’ve been with codes again for less than a year but in the short amount of time that I’ve been with them I’ve seen nothing but greatness. You get paid every Friday. You are able to work independently but have the chance to go to playgroup and create play dates with other nanny’s/children. You have the support from HQ which is great. As long as you have open communication with everyone this is a breeze. Easily the best job I’ve ever had in my personal caregiving experience.

      Cons

      I haven’t really found a con during my time. Sometimes it can be tricky to figure out who to reach out to with certain subjects but even then you can be redirected to the right person.
