Management is extremely helpful on difficult scenarios especially with immigration process. Highly transparent and they have a good amount of projects at any time. Best mid size company to work especially if you are in DevOps, Cloud (AWS,Azure, GCP) or Cloud Native app space.

Not a con, but quality of deliverable expected from you is high because management has a very good grasp on tech and client satisfaction is one of the core values. But you will get ample amount of support from senior architects in the company and such an expectation is good for your carreer as well!
