      Genuinely good people, they will take care of you and support you to the largest extent of their ability. Great place for professional IT growth, and lots of new responsibility.

      Cons

      A smaller company, you will be working for its parent for several other companies. The workload can be extremely overwhelming, and the expected knowledgebase is larger than initially described.

      Pros

      Family owned, nice people. Good co-workers, nobody micro manages you. Excellent benefits, and compensation, solid company. Has good name reputation.

      Cons

      Not enough training on some of their programs. Though everyone seemed nice, nobody seemed very happy, too serious. Made you feel alittle uptight, very uncomfortable at times.
