Claim they are a family but treat each other like a nemesis Employees treated like crap - you better act like a machine Attendance policy that is far too strict and has no exceptions No breaks for any shift under 12 hours and you must stay in your area. Management will promise something then deny they said it, even when it's in writing. Raises are given once a year and they will always find a way to keep your raise small. Far too many Con's to list.. Just don't work here.
