Management without any obvious sales ability or people skills. While this can be common, it is extreme with in this case. . New Business Managers who have never sold television and can be among the least knowledgeable employees on the entire sales floor and a total liabilty on sales calls. These managers can be recognized as out of his/her element by almost the entire staff, yet clearly be in good standing with the GSM. Its almost as though New Business management is intentionally inept so upper management can see how young AEs react....a test to see what one is willing to put up with in order to see who is "on board" no matter what.
