Pros
Pay was awesome as long as you were willing to work for it. Cable package was good although you still had to pay for it.
Cons
You were considered a nuisance if you asked for the incentive that was promised to you months ago. Leadership was always at a meeting to plan their next meeting and still did not have a clue about much of anything. No respect for employees unless you were their best friend. Supervisors or leads were never around when you need them. Marketing people obviously paid very well for coming up with the most embarrassing campaigns.
