      A corporate culture that really cares about employees and the broader community. Good work/life balance; great education opportunities and growth potential; many promotions from within. Fun group of people to work with and pleasant working environment. Employees who are serious about their careers and willing to commit to the company are supported and rewarded.

      Cons

      Fast-paced working environment, but not really a con though, it makes the job interesting.

      Pros

      Decent starting place in the industry. If you have an interest in something specific most managers will encourage you to progress and learn. Very good training program. Friendly peers.

      Cons

      Low pay for industry standard. Out of touch executive leadership. Abysmal behavior from human resources. Lack of diversity. Expensive benefits despite being a facilitator of group health insurance benefits. Nepotism in the workplace.
