The cons are so numerous. Very bad pay of minimum wage while in the store and only $4 per hr as as one is a tipped server in a restaurant. They do not pay you actual mileage when doing deliveries but a flat rate that is way, way below the IRS mileage rate that is designed to cover all vehicle expense. No benefits, no bonus not even any breaks on one shift. No free meals or beverages while working on your shift and just a lame employee discount on pizzas only. No one should ever work as a driver as a career at this comoany unless retired or as a temp job until one can find a real job at a quality company
