Pros
- Senior management including CEO genuinely cares about employee growth within the agency. They stay in the weeds of employee hours to ensure all accounts are being staffed appropriately and make the changes when needed
- CEO is as in the weeds as she could be and is often chiming in with suggestions/recommendations for clients as well as shares agency wide emails often offering tips on how to success or feedback from majority of meetings.
- Everyone's voice is heard here, changes are made on a daily basis to help better accommodate entire staff
- Admin team is well organized and constantly proposing new ideas to keep things fresh
-Opportunities to touch multiple accounts and different spaces as well as work on new business proposals (which is constant)
- Very invested in health/wellness, team bonding outings
-Strong junior staff, strong account managers
- Flexible WFH option and good vacation
-Compare to past agencies I've worked with, everything is beyond efficient
Cons
You already know all of these things if you decided to be in this industry:
- At times will work after hours or weekends to catch up and prepare for the week (depending what type of worker you want to be/are)
