Pays well, cafe and outdoor space on-site, flexible work hours and hybrid schedule, good industry exposure, facilitates opportunities for employees to learn about the company and its operations. Very good engagement opportunities and volunteer/community engagement opportunities. Summer intern project where all interns for the summer came together and formed teams to design a sustainable solution to a relevant company problem. Very cool opportunity, great for networking, collaborative project experience, and making friends.

My position was not very important/not in a large department, and the department was going to be removed/rearranged by the end of the summer so I did not have many consistent projects or work to do. Lots of "busywork" that was not super relevant to my position, but maybe thats just what being an intern is about so idk. Also a fairly quiet office environment, I did not have a lot of collaborative experiences or opportunities ot work with people in my department on projects.
