Pros
- people seem to genuinely like one another and have fun together - onsite cafe/gym - great benefits - many are free or low cost - you can move around the company if you're willing to try different jobs - good training - good work/life balance (most people are out the door right at their end time.)
Cons
- no 401k match right now - departments are small, so to move up you might have to move out, to a different department
