Cons
Working at CoverWallet was one of the most disappointing professional experiences I’ve had. The company culture is toxic from the top down — the higher the position, the lower the level of competence, respect, and basic communication skills you can expect. Favoritism and nepotism are rampant, and merit means little. Management is rude, unapproachable, and often creates a stressful, mentally draining environment. I personally witnessed several engineers leave due to burnout and mental health struggles. Sadly, it’s easy to understand why — working here can seriously affect your well-being. If you care about your professional growth and mental health, stay far away.
