Pros
Pay is competitive, benefits are typical although some jobs include a significant amount of "tele commute" work, with some really challenging opportunities at a number of client locations. Work locations primarily on the east coast although there are several other locations
Cons
Short term focus with lots of ups and downs in terms of work load, billable hours and contracts, strange management style that frequently fails to give the employee the ability to actually accomplish tasks. Hungry - doesn't always do due diligence on potential clients.
