Going Down Hill - Department Supervisor Covenant Health (Texas) Employee Review

Poor management/Sr. Leadership/Communication. Poor customer service from medial staff particularly in the Adult & Pediatric Emergency Departments. This hospital has issues with homeless people just hanging around. Increase in violent patients. Security Officers are on top of things, but need to be armed. This hospital has gone down hill big time since Providence Healthcare System took over. That system is based on the west coast & has no idea what goes on in Texas. They really have no skin in the game here in Texas.
