Pros
Faith Based, patient centered- Upper administration is truly looking out for the employees best interest. Very happy at the hospital. Wouldn't work anywhere else.
Cons
Middle management doesn't get a lot of recognition. They are responsible for most of the patient population and they are not appreciated for the hard work and long hours they put in. Nursing directors are micro managers at times.
