Pros
The company has wonderful employees with a lot of ambition and a drive to change education. I feel valued by my management. Teaching from home has also been nice.
Cons
As with any startup, it has been a very challenging year with a huge workload. This teaching position sounded promising because the curriculum was already developed. I was told I would just have to deliver the instruction. That has not been the case, and that is because the math curriculum is terrible. However, management is listening to us and actively making changes! So I am hopeful for the future of this company.
