Pros
This company is one of the few companies that offers same day service, long distance and angel deliveries. Yes it can be hard work sometimes, but what would a good job be if it didn't stress a little or make you sweat. I think the balance of hard work, dedication and flexibility is this companies main asset. Management stresses clients, dispatchers stress drivers, and CSRs stress everybody. Based upon my experience in logistics and longevity in customer service, you have to love the commitment from all the staff including the ICs.
Cons
Just like any other place you will ever work, when in doubt. Its your fault. Even though as an employee you will not agree. The customer is always right and the driver can always say no. For some reason this is a lose lose for most dispatchers without experience and a backbone.
