Amazing work culture. Company lives by its core value and believes strongly in customer success, which in turn makes us successful. The village acts as a strong team effort towards common goal. Company is very transparent in terms of its performance. Flat structure, you can reach out to anyone.

Active change happening and it’s an exciting time and good group of people who know what they’re doing. Has an early 2000s feel with the vibes
Cons
Tight budgets as expected. Market average salary but good territories for GTM to make a lot of $. Stable as an employer with global growth. A few benefits still need to mature but also expected.

Pay is fairly good, fun people overall, solid competitive product, lenient expense approvals
Cons
A lot of management changes, people being rewarded for things they don't deserve credit for, can seem like high school with gossip, promotion paths not very clear, management sometimes also plays favorites
