      Flexible working hours, Uniform provided

      Cons

      Poor management. Don’t look after their customers, don’t deliver on promises, don’t provide speeds they advertise, happy to lie to staff to cover themselves. Upper management is non-accountable. Has history of mis-selling. See Google reviews before considering a job with them.

      Pros

      Supportive and capable management, with clear guidance and trust in the team. Good level of creative freedom and opportunity to contribute ideas. Work on real campaigns that go live and make an impact. Collaborative team environment with strong working relationships.

      Cons

      The redundancy process was difficult and could have been handled with more transparency and care. At times, wider organisational decisions created uncertainty for employees. Some inconsistencies in communication during periods of change.
