Cons
The redundancy process was difficult and could have been handled with more transparency and care. At times, wider organisational decisions created uncertainty for employees. Some inconsistencies in communication during periods of change.
The management made my time at the company miserable. It felt like it was a school playground filled with bullies. Managers enforced practices which were a inefficient and not essential for the role. They don't like quiet, introverted people and being quiet made you an easy target. They had clear favourites and those who they liked to use as scape goats. Managers were also clueless as to how the technology and reports worked and had no idea how to use it themselves. There was a bad practice of enforced fun and managers often kept people who were clearly under-qualified for the job but yet bullied the skilled ones.
