CNAs dictate to nurses, think they run the facility, will not listen to nurses, delegate to nurses, etc..which is why they cannot keep nurses.

We love our nurses at Country Meadows. Since we don’t offer skilled nursing services at our Allentown location, we do not have CNAs on staff. Rather, we have Personal Care Associates who offer services to residents. Co-workers are encouraged to take their concerns “up the ladder” to supervisors, vice presidents or even our CEO. Good luck to you.

I have been at Country Meadows for over 17 years, as have many of my teammates. One of the things I value most is working for a truly family-owned company where the owners are actively involved in the day-to-day operations. They genuinely care for both employees and residents.
Cons
There is a lot to do in a day's work, however it is very rewarding.

We are thrilled to hear that you appreciate the family-owned aspect of our company culture. When residents and their loved ones are welcomed on campus and supported by co-workers like you, they get a glimpse into how we genuinely care for our residents as if they are an extension of our own families. Like you said, it is a busy role but surely a rewarding one when we have privilege to care for our residents! Thank you for all you do and for dedicating so much for your career to supporting our residents.

Cons
Can't really think of any! It is a great place to work!
