Some good people with truly good objectives try their best, but these are all low level people who can't affect change.
Cons
So many cons to list, but here is a summary: -CEO inept, cold and indecisive -COO harsh, two-faced and belittling -CFO never around, and his second in command is extremely toxic, back-stabbing, and vindictive -The company and execs pride themselves on doing good work, but the company is inefficient, ineffective and a waste of US government funding -health insurance options are horrible and expensive - even though HR spends lots of time trying to convince the entire staff that it's not so bad (but everyone knows we were just being lied to) -Ridiculously hard to get a promotion based on merit, but some get them based on butt kissing
