Very caring owners with a great chain of command who offer as much or as little support as needed. Simple, comprehensive computer system to enter your work. Flexible work and hours.

Cons

You have to rely on many factors to do your job including delivery dates which sometimes forces you to change up your schedule.

Pros

I have worked for this company for 15 years. I started casual hours to suit my availability around my full time job then over the years increased my hours to full time. This company is flexible on the hours you want to work so you can request the amount of hours per week/month and then depending on the City/area you live in determines the amount of hours available. All this you will find out before you agree to work for them as an independent contractor. They also have casual reline work if you are just looking for that. You are given a monthly schedule with preset time frames for the services you do. This then allows flexibility for you to select the day you can work. Their training program is very thorough and great support from the managers at the office.

Cons

In smaller towns there may be limited amount of hours available unless you are willing to travel and work in nearby areas. This job requires you to be a well organized person and have transportation to get to your various services.

Pros

Sadly there weren't any pro's when I worked there. Some of the people there are fun, but they are all spies and snitches so again there aren't any pro's.

Cons

The owners used to be a pro, until they went bankrupt and failed to take responsability for the tanking of their own company, and blamed the whole thing on their CEO. Which by the way CEO was fired. But, these owners sat back and watched the CEO fire so many good people, that actually did their work, openly played preference, and was a racist. You can only blame your CEO for so much.
