-menu is expertly crafted -chef team is passionate and driven -weekly pay (outside of season) is consistent and attractive -very inviting team and company culture -the job will improve your culinary knowledge and service standards
Cons
-there is no standard for training (doubly impactful when there are 3 new menus every month) -job is very physically demanding -requires a lot of independent study -management turnover is high due to extreme pressure from the top
