Pros
Benfits package is really good. Canteen is good.
Cons
Management have gone downhill, don't undestand the sinple expectations or empathise with employees, HR are all about who is in there favoured group and advertise about mental health and disabilities but don't follow it. Lots of sexism, mocking and other prejudices in production people just ignored, joined in with or laffed off by managers.
