Thank you for taking the time to post a review. I am very glad that you value the work-life balance that we try to offer all employees. Regarding your comment about recognizing loyalty, I am very sorry you feel that we do not recognize this important item. Without more insight from your comment, it is very difficult for me to address your position, specifically. However, I will say that Cotton is proud to be home to many individuals who have worked here for many years. It looks like you are one of those individuals, given the tenure you listed for your post. Loyalty, performance, and tenure are absolutely key considerations when firm leaders determine compensation increases, bonuses, promotions, opportunities for involvement, etc. In fact, each of these is an item where we consistently score highly on employee surveys. That said, I do not want to diminish your personal experience and urge you to please reach out to a Partner, HR, or me to discuss how we can create a better experience for you.
