Pros

The boss takes an interest in helping young people learn the ropes of getting into business and gives a lot of responsibility which can be a cool feeling especially for a young professional. The job changes a lot and innovation is encouraged. Also it is such an interesting field to explore and be educated on.

Cons

Directions are not always clear, and there is a LOT of talking about other employees behind their backs which is a difficult dynamic. Turnover is very high, partly because of people not being able to work with management, and partly because firing is a pretty common occurrence at this place.
