Pros

I have been working at Cotocus since 2016 as an Digital marketer and Learning & Development manager. Its been an amazing experience to be a part of the Cotocus. Great environment and work culture, you are free enough to take decisions and experiments with the strategies. The top managemnt is highly Loveable and Motivated which brings lot of positive energy in the team. They are totally supportive and helps in all aspects. They guide you accrodingly and helps you to build career in a very fruitful manner. I got here healthy and helpful bunch of Colleagues. You can jump on to anyone for help and you won't be disappointed. You always surrounded by passionate people having hunger to learn and explore. There is too much scope of learning and growing therefore you get ample opportunity to enhance your skills as you work. I am working here for about 2 years and I don't even realize how the time spent by. Cotocus also make sure that an employee geting good work life balance. In terms of fun there are: Exceptional team outings in every 3 months. Along with that you can go for Movies & Team dinner monthly which is sponsored by company's end. Awesome place and an excellent step in my career to be associated with Cotocus

Pros

Freshers are misled with false promises. Upon joining, employees are required to sign a mandatory 3-year agreement, along with a 6-month notice period, which is highly restrictive. The working hours are long — 10 hours per day, Monday to Saturday. In addition to assigned tasks, employees are forced to perform unrelated work such as posting blog comments on the company website or LinkedIn, which is made mandatory. When an employee resigns, any blogs they authored are later changed to show the owner's name instead, without credit. The salary structure is demotivating, with yearly hikes as low as ₹500 to ₹1,000. The owner’s behavior and mentality are extremely unprofessional — often treating employees like laborers rather than skilled professionals

Cons

Salaries are consistently delayed and only paid after the 10th of each month. The owner’s behavior is highly unprofessional, often treating employees disrespectfully and without basic courtesy — more like laborers than professionals.

Cotocus provides a dynamic and challenging work environment, perfect for developers looking to grow and refine their skills. Being part of innovative projects like Wizbrand has been both exciting and fulfilling.

Cons

The fast-paced nature during product releases can be demanding, but the team's unwavering support makes it manageable.
