      Great health benefits and great work hours. Management cares and helps their staff in any way possible. Fun work environment

      Cons

      There aren't many cons working here. Members are great at times and also really bothersome at times. You get members that get bothered because they want you to load their car with all the things they buy.

      Pros

      Great company and decent pay. Good benefits for the family.

      Cons

      Everyone gets paid the same unless you have been with company longer. You eventually catch up to their salary. No incentives to work harder etc
