Work from home and own hours Options for in country travel to luxury hotels (this has been severely limited recently due to company not wanting to lose out on $$ by letting workers go for free when they can resell these hotels to clients) Opportunity to earn high monthly commissions

No growth opportunities More of a churn and burn mentality for hiring No benefits offered Varying range of which numbers matter and types of sales matter, being ranked on 10+ criteria can be frustrating as they will always find something to complain about
