Clean offices, payment always on time.
Cons
Everything is done the worst way possible. Projects are poorly managed on a crisis management pattern most of the time. Low quality and slow equipment not appropriate for software development. Absolutely no methodology in project management. No specs, no realistic deadlines, no analysis whatsoever. Serious lack of technical knowledge from the senior technical managers.
