Pros
Lots of free product, and you get to meet a lot of great people. It's a really fun industry to work in.
Cons
This company has gone downhill the last 3 years. No inventory, low pay (they are cheap- SO CHEAP), low morale. Sales Managers, Area Directors and VPs are and out of touch with the day in/ day out of the reps. You drive and drive and they don't pay your mileage/gas/parking etc. You spend so much money out of your own pocket ( and you can't write that off anymore). Most Reps leave after the guarantee is over. They don't appreciate the people who have stuck around. They continue to funnel business to other parts of the company (Store, Online, App), and that make it harder for the reps to make money. Of course, they blame the reps for the decline in sales, while reaping it in from other sources. DON'T TRUST ANY OF THE MANAGEMENT- THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU.
