Pros
Free employee samples and employee discount are the ONLY good aspects of working for this company. No issues with my manager but everyone above her was awful.
Cons
Literally everything. Corporate workers have no respect for store employees. They talk down to you and degrade you when you try to follow the handbook. They push sales-and allow sales to those who aren't even licensed- just so they can get their bonus. They want the store employees who are paid horribly (even if licensed) to push sales so that their store sales are high because that's how THEY get their bonus. There are NO incentives for store staff to sell more whatsoever. They do not follow the company handbook unless it benefits them financially. I called cooperate to make a complaint about my work environment and they didn't even return my call but called my manager to tell them I called.. horrible to their employees. Work environment is unsafe and unhealthy.
