Pros
It is a large company with deep pockets for resources. The company has great partnerships with many leading and highly coveted brands. There are alot of exciting launches and marketing initiatives that happened constantly. This job is not boring. There were some nice people but mostly not great people.
Cons
Terrible leadership. Bad management. It's a very traditional type of company and male dominated (very few if any females in senior leadership positions and if there is one, she is most likely an HR VP). The sales reps are not usually the most educated and they will hire anyone with a pulse. Turnover is very high. It always seemed to be profits over people. There was no company culture and poor morale.
