Everyone there was helpful in my learning quickly the ways of machining and additive manufacturing. Flexible hours. Fun new projects almost all the time. I not only know more, but know how to learn better and faster thanks to everyone there who knew more than I did.

Management and coworkers are transparent, cooperative, and kind. When I was an intern, I was thrown into the arena and entrusted with many responsibilities. Despite this, I was not left alone. I was trusted to accomplish tasks and deliver on deadlines that I did not experience at my other internships. They allowed me to really work hands-on on many different projects. Management really tries to listen to the needs of the employees. The company is still a small company, and is not always able to compensate all of the interns and employees as many people expect, but Jason and Andrew have shown time and time again that they genuinely care about the people they lead. They are always transparent and willing to communicate their goals, concerns, and expectation. After about a year working at Cosine, I was offered a full time position, which is a fairly common practice here. They listened to me and offered me growth and the ability to really grow with the company.

There are always some growing pains. There are sometimes communication problems that happen when the company is still growing and getting used to adding more people every day. This is improving greatly though. Management is really listening and considering to everyone's suggestions to really improve and get better.
