Learn how far people will go to crush each other and schools for profit. Learn how not to treat schools. The only product on offer is actually good, if the school is ready for it. Not all schools are, but don’t let that get in the way of a sale!
Cons
Motivated by greed. Managers and key employees have absolutely no respect for teachers and principals. The program does not fit all schools yet sales team are expected to sell, sell, sell any way. Toxic favouritism. Promotions go to the dirtiest of players and brown nosers. Trust at your own peril. Sales team is incentivised to cut each other off at the knees. Bringing down colleagues is rewarded. Self promotion is rewarded. Do not speak up and question any of the culture even though they ask you to. All employees have either zero experience in education (including MD) or they have not worked in a school in decades. Consultants who deliver the programs are paid in peanuts.
