      Pros

      Great company to work for. Lots of room for advancement since they are a startup. Great team of people to work with overall. Great company mission.

      Cons

      Poor management at the Philadelphia office. Micromanagement and bullying are prevalent.

      Pros

      There is a very Casual & Conducive Environment to work ! Very less work pressures so one can enjoy the work-life balance !

      Cons

      Salaries are not top notch but that's not really a con since the work-life balance is great !
